President

Assist the President when required. Preside at club meetings in the absence of the President. Manages the Volunteer portfolio.

Coordinate all correspondence on behalf of the club and keep records. Take minutes at all meetings.

Effectively manage all club registrations and liaise with the Association when required.

Coordinate and distribute club communications and news via appropriate channels.

Coordinate and plan special events and club activities, including the end of season Annual Awards presentation.
