FAST5 was a pre-season fun competition. The main aim was for players to get to know other members of the club. Teams were made up with a mix of different ages to form a Junior and Senior competition. Played as a round robin, the top two teams from each competition played off in a grand final. Players were encouraged to dress up in their team colours and a prize was given to the best dressed team in each competition. Special rules apply such as 5 positions per team and rolling substitutions.
