Hamersley Netball Club is proud to be in partnership with Warwick Workout since 2017, to deliver a netball specific weekly Strength & Conditioning program. The program is specifically designed for 11-17 year olds with a vision of long term athletic development.
The quality of the Strength & Conditioning program Warwick Workout is delivering is exceptional. The small class sizes, variety in sessions times available, and the knowledge of the trainers means the members are loving the program. Also the gains the athletes are making in the gym are translating to the netball court on a Saturday. Hamersley have members as young as 11 years benefiting from age appropriate strength and conditioning training.

Knees and ankles are the most commonly injured body parts of netballers. Hamersley wants to change this and keep all its members playing the sport they love without being sidelined by injury.
The Strength & Conditioning program now lead by High Performance Coach Julian Ramos, will enable all members to improve their athletic performance and reduce the likelihood of injury. The program is netball specific, and based on resources published by Netball Australia, including the KNEE program and ‘Develop a Diamond’ core competencies.
